JOB TITLE:  Chief Risk Officer (Financial Services)

 

THE OPPORTUNITY:

On behalf of our client, Red Tree Consulting is currently looking to recruit a Chief Risk Officer.

 

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Risk Committee, the successful individual will be responsible for the Risk Management function.

Implement credit, market and operational risk management practices ensuring they meet the requirements and standards of all regulatory guidelines.

Provision of leadership and proven expertise in; Credit & Residual Value Risk, Market and Liquidity Risk and Operational Risk.

Play a key role in developing the organisation’s ICAAP, risk appetite and risk management frameworks

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experienced Senior Risk Officer, with proven capability in Credit, Market and Operational Risk, within a Banking environment.

Candidates of sufficient calibre and ability to pass the ‘fit and proper’ requirements from the Central Bank

Experience in European Banking industry and strong knowledge of cross-border Regulatory requirements.

Strong Communicator with ability to communicate at Senior/Board level.
