THE OPPORTUNITY:

On behalf of our client, Red Tree Consulting is currently looking to recruit an Investment Funds Lawyer for a Global Legal powerhouse based in London.

This is initially a contract for 18 months to two years, with huge potential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking a qualified associate to join their team. 

 The role will involve supervising the paralegals in conducting due diligence on the existing contractual arrangements and preparing the new contracts and other ancillary documentation, taking the lead on updating the funds' prospectuses to reflect the new arrangements and generally overseeing the process to ensure that the client's preferred timeframes are achieved.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience of a wide range of hedge fund products and to develop the skills needed to run a sizeable team within one of the City's leading investment funds practices.
 

CANDIDATE PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Irish/Common Law qualified Funds Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a leading Irish law firm.
