THE OPPORTUNITY:

On behalf of our client, Red Tree Consulting has been exclusively retained to recruit an Affinity Marketing Manager for a leading Financial Services Organisation based in Dublin. This is a newly created role to support the organisations strategy for retaining and maximising the profitability and growth of their existing and prospective Affinity Partners.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Ensuring that the company fully understand the requirements of their customers & intermediary partners by using best in class customer research.

-Plan and manage customer and market research to support proposition development, work with development team to make sure that the appropriate products are being developed to satisfy needs.

-Ensuring best in class marketing communications is in place, (hardcopy/softcopy/online/offline)

-Produce appropriate communications material to market to key intermediary partner publications and websites.

-Supporting account management team in maximising sales.

-Production of timely, accurate and up-to-date Marketing MI.

CANDIDATE PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- A Qualified Marketer with a background in Financial Services preferable.

- Experience in Direct Marketing, Customer insight and planning.

-Experience in Managing and driving marketing excellence in a large scale business (preferably financial services).

-Experience in Managing major and complex marketing projects.

-Experience in dealing with major clients and key stakeholders.

-Third Level marketing qualification.

- Dynamic, energetic and dedicated individual.
