THE OPPORTUNITY:

On behalf of our client, Red Tree Consulting has been exclusively retained to recruit a Head of Strategic Intermediary Account Management for a large Financial Services company based in Dublin.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Key Account Managers in the Leinster region to grow the organisations sales through building and maintaining commercial partnerships with a portfolio of large, complex and strategically important intermediary accounts.

CANDIDATE PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- A deep experience of managing large, complex and senior business relationships.

-Experience of managing teams and achieving demanding targets.

-General Insurance marketplace understanding and experience with strong established relationships within the Industry.

- A dynamic, energetic and dedicated individual with a proven track record in delivery results.
