THE OPPORTUNITY:

On behalf of our client, Red Tree Consulting is currently looking to recruit Senior Consultants and Managers , for a prestigious International Professional Services Consultancy based in Dublin, who are currently expanding their Healthcare Advisory  

As a result of this expansion, we are now looking to source experienced consultants who would have an in depth knowledge of the Hospital and Healthcare sector in the UK or Ireland. Additional Knowledge and experience in European or Global Healthcare would be very advantageous.

 CANDIDATE PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 3rd level qualification within Healthcare, Business or Science or related fields
• 5 years plus consulting or strategic operations experience within Healthcare sector
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the structure and organization Irish/UK healthcare sector. Experience within other jurisdictions will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of working with Hospital Trust and Healthcare organizations across Supply Chain and Operations, Program Management, Business Transformation and Process Improvements, Financial Planning and Cost Efficiencies, People and Leadership change.
• Have a proven track record of delivering complex and cost and time sensitive projects
• Strong business development capabilities allied to excellent communications and client facing skills
• Strong influencing skills, with a proven ability to manage both within the consultancy and also influence key decision makers within the client side.
