THE OPPORTUNITY:

On behalf of our client, Red Tree Consulting is currently looking to recruit an experienced Projects Lawyer for a new In-House position based in London.

This is a standalone lead role and the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE within a large Dublin/UK law firm or be currently operating in a similar position in industry.

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain access to high quality transactional work.

CANDIDATE PROFILE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

-Minimum of 5 years PQE

- Offshore Projects/Project Finance experience is essential

- Contracts Negotiation & Drafting

- Strong Commercial and Entrepreneurial Mindset

- Proven ability to develop and sustain senior management relationships

- Conduct Legal Risk Assessments in relation to Projects

- Dealing with and managing external law firms
